Got Time? Got Talent? Just got a desire to get more involved in your kid's school? The PTO would love to have you! 

We are currently seeking, for the 2025-26 academic year:

>>President Elect - shadow current President to take over the role during the following year

>>VP Communications/Webmaster - help facilitate communication from the PTO out to the parent community, via emails, working with Dr. Sauceda on weekly Jag News, and managing the PTO website content

>>Various committee and special project positions, including:

Box Tops - manages the relationship with our Box Tops app, to raise funds for the school through this platform

Chat n Chew - chooses the books for this "lunchtime book club" and organizes the sign-ups and volunteers

Heartland Appreciation - manages the few teacher appreciation events (organizing food, etc)

Nature/Landscaping - augments the current efforts from the District staff to help keep our grounds looking good, including the Butterfly Garden

Paw Prints - organizes volunteers for the "Paw Prints" room, where teachers send extra projects that need some help (laminating, cutting, etc)

Recycling - picks up the plastic bags gathered at school and deposits them in the appropriate receptacles (Trex partner)

Room Parent Coordinator - oversees the collection of Room Parents and filters communication and direction down as necessary

Trivia Night - Auction and Food - helps round out the Trivia Night fundraiser with auction items and dinner plans
